Affordable price. I like the floorplan - bedroom with TV, table, night stands and couch in the main room. There is a wide hallway that is parallel to the length of the bedroom that had the closet, microwave, fridge, long counter for the sink, and at the end of the hall a door to go through with the toilet and shower. So, the bathroom area was a separate space from the bedroom. There are "home improvements" throughout the old hotel room.

I called later in the morning to make sure check out went through and it did. The man on the phone was friendly.
